Description : The Nigerian Institute of Architects Rivers State Chapter and the Nigerian Institute of Architects promotes the West Africa Architecture Festival in partnership with the Rivers State Government. The event seeks to develop a West African Theme to modern design and re-invigorate Architectural Style and design in the light of the challenging economic situation in most West African Countries.
It is planned to attract over 250,000 visitors and exhibitors over a Five Day period of Workshops, Exhibitions, Lectures, Cultural Displays, Music Shows and Networking in a relaxed carnival atmosphere.
Theme : Harnessing the Great African Potential in Global Value Chains
Venue : Obi Wali Oil & Gas Conference Centre in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
This is a national programme of the Nigerian Institute of Architects( NIA).
