Tecno Launches Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 Plus at Prestigious Dubai Hotel




Tecno Mobile finally launched its latest TECNO Phantom series – the Phantom 6 and Phantom 6 plus at an exquisite event in Dubai.

The launch which was held on Sunday at one of the most beautiful venues in the world – the prestigious Armani Hotel – saw high profile personalities in attendance. The company dubbed the event as the unveiling of the beauty and the beast, (representing Phantom 6 & Phantom 6 plus respectively).

During the grand unveiling, TECNO displayed the stylish yet powerful Phantom 6 that has been taunted by some analysts as the slimmest smartphone, with dual rear cameras.
“The TECNO Phantom 6 gives mobile consumers better stability, speed and probably the best camera experience on mobile phone,” Attai Oguche, TECNO deputy marketing lead said.

The masterpiece has a high definition combination of 13 mega pixel and 5 mega pixel auto-focus cameras with LED flash. It also possesses an expanded internal storage space; powered by 3GB RAM for smoother operations with 32GB ROM leg room, expandable to 128GB.

Phantom 6 plus, TECNO’s phablet, customised especially for the African market was also exhibited in the grand launch. The 6.0 inch IPS touch display phablet brags of its speed and a 21 Megapixel back camera.

It also displays TECNO’s first tri-fold security on a smartphone that is; fingerprint, eye scanner and TrustLook antivirus.
“Mobile consumers in Nigeria, Ghana, Egypt and other top mobile markets in emerging economies have not seen anything like the Phantom 6 plus. This smartphone took three years in the making and the global expertise of over five hundred engineers to deliver right on schedule,” TECNO global marketing lead, Vane Ni noted.
Surely as TECNO mantra goes Experience More, the two gadgets are set to give consumers the best experience.

Kenya will not be left behind in this landmark moment as the Phantom series will be launched in the country on October 7th at I & M Safaricom shop. This will be the first time the Phantom series will be available in Safaricom shops.
