The National Director Nsirim Emmanuel and state Representatives paid a courtesy to Hon.  Engr.  Chukwudi Dimkpa to congratulate him on his recent appointment as the Acting Managing Director of  Rivers State signage and Advertising Agency (RSAA) and also Presented an award of excellent leadership in recognition of his contributions to the development, empowerment and support to students and youths.

In his acceptance, he admolished the youths to shun cultists, " get rich quick or die trying syndrome" and vandalisation of oil pipeline.

He thanked the Elite delegation for finding time to present such an outstanding honorium to him. And declared his support for the project and any subsequent programs organised by the group.
